Benefiting from our cool growing climate, this Chardonnay is a crisp, citrus-tinged white wine. Our Chardonnay undergoes full malolactic fermentation, allowing the acids to evolve and balance the wine. Sited on one of our highest elevations, Truffle Hill is named after the hazelnut trees inoculated with truffle fungi that share the hillside.
