Torgo wines are made from one hectare vineyard renovated about twenty years ago in an 80-year-old property, surrounded by granite walls, growing along with fruit trees, flowers and water springs. Farmed organically since 2016, no weed killers have ever been used here and, even before requesting the eco certification, all farming was as responsible as possible. Located out of whatever “denominación de origen” and have no intention to increase production. Intervention in the winery is almost inexistent, spontaneous fermentation is basic for them. The goal is  to get the best and most representative wine from this tiny independent vineyard and winery. Wines are expected to be Organic Certified by CRAEGA in 2020.
