Cherry red with violet aftertones. Scents of black fruit, cherry, red currant alongside a strong mineral component. Subtle balsamic and spicy nuances complete the aromas. On the palate it is fresh and fleshy with intensity. Polished tannins add structure, and lively acidity completes the persistent finish.
100% Bobal; alcohol: 14%; estate vineyards between valleys of the Júcar and Cabriel rivers, D.O. Manchuela; transition zone to Biosphere Reserve; head-trained vines planted in 1950 at 750 meters; chalky mineral limestone soils; harvested mid-October; berry selection at cellar; fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days at 20º C; wine racked and malolactic fermentation for 30 days; aged in used oak barrels 3 months; certified Organic by Kiwa Espana S.I.U.; vegan friendly.
