Product Description
This is a wine of exceptional concentration for a village level appellation. Wonderfully concentrated, lively and fresh, with notes of ripe fruit and hints of honey. The finish is incredibly long and mineral-driven.
This Chablis comes from 50 year-old, organically farmed vines grown on Kimmeridgian soil. The winery ages this cuvée for 30 months on the lees in sainless steel before bottling, so this is the current release. The extra bit of power from the old vines and extra aging means this village wine drinks like a premier cru.
