Champagne Yuman 21 is a blanc de blancs made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from Premier Cru vineyards located in the village of Vigny in the Montagne de Reims. The vinification follows a natural and terroir-respectful approach: spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts, without filtration or fining. The wine sits on the lees for two years and is finished with no dosage, classifying the wine as Brut Nature with 0 G/L residual sugar.
Yuman 21 releases intense and refined aromas of jasmine, orange peel, daffodils, blanched almonds, cardamom and pickled ginger. Flavors are tense and vibrant with a pleasing texture of fine bubbles, lively acidity and a mineral vein giving freshness and depth.
Yuman 21 is the result of Marguet’s biodynamic philosophy, which uses phytotherapeutic and aromatherapeutic practices in the vineyard to maintain a natural balance and offer an authentic and radiant expression of its terroir.
