Product Description
100% Chardonnay coming from 80% Meursault and 20% Volnay. All organically farmed these vines are 45+ years old coming from the lieux-dits of Les Magny, Les Herbeux, and Monpoulain. Fermented and aged in 456L barrels (30% new) for nine months, then five months in stainless steel before bottling. A bright array of flashy citrus and stone fruits along with a flinty minerality and refreshing acidity.
