Product Description
a blend of malts and grains originating from some of the many city-states of Scotland: its distilleries.
We chose the older title Architector so as to provoke those who dare taste with a blend marked by impertinence and hubris.
It is agile, simple and clear, put together by picking and choosing here and there. Shocking on nosing, balsamic and effervescent. On tasting, a grand mix of dried fruits, almonds and toasted pistachio. We bask in the aroma of the sea, mysterious and majestic to the east and transported by a summer breeze while beyond the cliffs the sun slowly dips below the horizon.
Who knows how long it might take for an alignment of such eminent humans happens again? Two thousand years, it seems, have not been enough.
