This super drinkable and chillable red hits the spot while it’s warm outside. Delight in its fresh aromas of damson plum, blood orange and lilac that give way to a juicy, light, and lively palate. It is a blend of 90% Grenache, 8% Syrah, and 2% Mourvedre, all biodynamically grown. Shi Fu Mi is made by Anne Collard, who runs the Château Mourgues du Grès. She produces this wine from grapes grown just outside of the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation. The wine was vinified in concrete and stainless-steel with minimal sulfur at bottling. “Shi Fu Mi” means “Rock, Paper, Scissors ” in Japanese. Sip this fun wine with friends as an aperitif and nibbles of all sorts.
