This organic and IGP Côtes du Lot wine is made from a carbonic maceration of Merlot and Malbec. Without added sulphites, it can be kept for 3 years.
Dark purple, with an expressive aroma, typical of a carbonic maceration. Notes of black fruit yogurt, blackberry and spices. Round, fruity, pulpy. Fresh with a velvety touch. The Finish is tasty, subtly tannic, with even more fruit and freshness. A persistence on chalky and cocoa notes.
