Product Description
We source our Bartlett pears from a. single-family orchard out in Oregon. We process roughly 25,000lbs of pears into a coarse sauce, which we then ferment before distillation.
This eau de vie showcases soft floral notes of the Bartlett pear on the nose, paired with fresh green pear flavors and aromatics on the backend.
