Eight generations have passed since Nicholas CHIQUET planted his first vine in 1746s. Fernand and Gaston Chiquet ���winemakers from the cradle ��� combine their talents to establish a winery. They are pioneers in Champagne: among the very first to grow their own grapes, produce their own champagne and market it under their own label, CHIQUET Fr̬res. Antoine and Nicolas CHIQUET�۪s turn. Our vineyards, comprise 23 hectares in the heart of the Champagne region .

We grow the three grape varieties specific to Champagne,Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir according to the particularities of individual parcels.

Our growing methods incorporate the latest environmentally-sensitive techniques.

Vine protection isn�۪t just a matter of pest control. It also means conservation of the plants and soil as part of an agro-system. To this end, we constantly evaluate our growing methods in order to combine tradition with the latest techniques and respect for environmental rules.
