Harmony Spirits Bourbon Whiskey is aged in American White Oak Barrels from “The Barrel Mill” in Avon, MN and bottled at 80 proof. Made with 80% corn and 20% oats, grown within 8 miles of the Distillery. The Bourbon has gentle flavors of vanilla laced with caramel, from the butterscotch start to the warm oak finish. Best savored neat or with a splash of water.
