Product Description
This wine is inspired by Beaujolais Nouveau, traditionally released to the public just after midnight on the third Thursday of November, and represents the celebration of the end of the harvest season.
Presqu’ile Gamay Nouveau undergoes partial carbonic maceration emphasizing fruit and freshness without extracting tannins from the skins.
The wine is bottled once fermentation is complete, only six weeks from harvesting the grapes.
As the saying goes: “Le Beaujolais nouveau est arrive!” (The new Beaujolais has arrived!)
