Product Description
Hints of citrus zest, white peach and nectarine delight the nose. On the palate there is a vibrant structure, righteous with a smooth texture, slightly saline. The length in the mouth is remarkable-reminding one of the juicy bitterness of passion fruit.
The seven-hectare estate of Champagne Régis Poissinet, implanted in limestone clay and alluvial limestone terroirs of the Marne Valley, has been family run since 1947. The vines, that are on average 33 years of age, are spread over 35 parcels around the villages of Cuchery, Baslieux, Leuvrigny, Troissy and Mareuil le Port. The principal grape variety is Pinot Meunier, completed with Chardonnay and a little Pinot Noir.
