For this limited-edition release, Mars finishes its core blended whisky, Iwai Tradition, in ex-Pinot Noir and Cabernet casks from its own winery in Yamanashi. This expression retains the peppered backbone of the original Iwai Tradition while replacing its lightly floral notes with delicate baking spice.
